Olympic Weightlifting

Included with a CrossFit membership or as a drop-in, you will be able to learn such lifts as:
- Squat (front, back, overhead)
- Shoulder Press (push press, push jerk)
- Deadlift (sumo deadlift highpull)
- Cleans (clean and jerk)
- Snatch
 
Mastering these elements will improve your overall strength, fitness, coordination, balance and body control.
