KETTLEBELL CERTIFICATION

We had the good fortune to be taught by CrossFit's KB guru - Jeff Martone at CrossFit Colosseum - Toronto this weekend. The cert was awesome! We learned a tonne and Jeff was fantastic. So guess what - we have more torture techniques coming. Check out this vid as Jeff does a TGU with Joanne!

BURPEE MILE A HUGE SUCCESS!!!

What a fantastic event we had this past Saturday. Over 35 people participated in one of the most gruelling challenges they have faced yet. We had clients aged 6-65yrs, some with bilateral knee replacements and even pregnant clients rippin it up down King St. in Midland. We certainly attracted alot of attention and raised an amazing $4500+ for the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride. Congratulations to all those who put in the effort to collect the donations and Burpee their butts off.

Four individuals completed the Burpee Mile: Alex and John (64mins) Joanne (81mins) Amber (96mins). And we had quite a few teams from two to six people working together to complete this challenge.

It looks like this will be an annual event so get ready for next year as it is sure to only be bigger and better!!!
