You will find that we are a well rounded martial arts club, located in Midland ON, that teaches many different aspects of fighting. We touch on stand up fighting, Judo style throws, wrestling takedowns, joint manipulation, ground fighting and grappling. We incorporate both traditional and Brazilian styles of Jiu Jitsu. Our club promotes an excellent learning environment with experienced, qualified instructors in a clean, friendly and exceptional training facility. Our classes range from the new comer to someone who is looking to compete professionally. Classes focus on the above mentioned disciplines while challenging and improving your fitness levels. For those of you not familiar with our tournament, we had a tremendous turn-out lastyear with almost 600 competitors and we are sanctioned by the Ontario Jiu JitsuAssociation. All competitors must to be OJA members. (OJA will have a booth at theevent)
Ontario Open BJJ Tournament offers divisions for kids, youth, teen, juniors, adultsand masters (white belt only). All divisions are offered in both gi (Saturday) andnogi (Sunday) formats.Kids from 5 to 15 years compete on Sunday morning.
