The facility is 2800 sq. ft and includes:
- Large entrance and viewing area
- 600 sq ft of matted martial arts area
- Area designated with heavy bags
- 1200 sq ft of rubberized flooring CrossFit space
- Olympic lifting stations
- 26 ft multi-level pull-up station with monkey bars
- Large Men's and Women's changerooms with showers
- Outdoor space with access to running trails
